  Vandana Shiva is president of the Research Foundation for Science, Technology and Natural Resource Policy; in 1993, she won the Right Livelihood Award. She is member of the International Forum on Globalization (IFG).
  Jeremy Rifkin is also member of the IFG, and an internationally renowned economist and essayist, who analyzes the current global crisis and the role that agriculture can have in solving it. Marco Lucchini is General director of the Italian Banco Alimentare (Food Bank).
